Management team and control
The following describes the Organization team that is usually employed by Belarte Co. for their projects. The experience and the qualifications of all the personnel involved are taken into consideration in order to achieve the best outcome of the work. The staff will be monitored all the time so to ensure a satisfactory output and, where unsatisfactory performance occurs, corrective action will be taken
Managing Director (OFF SITE)
The Managing Director will oversee the works during the project evolution; will check Health and Safety information and plan as adequate and applicable to the scope of works prior to the commencement of site works; will monitor day to day work of the work force employed on the projects and will identify and control necessary work activities required to fulfill the project brief
Operation Manager/Project Managers/Site Managers/Site Engineers
The Site Directors will co-ordinate and organize the site accordingly with all other activities which will be going on. The contact with the operatives will be made through the supervisor. The Site Manager/Engineer will also participate at site meetings and be responsible for safety measures to be undertaken while activities are carried out, and are mostly responsible for the proper implementation of the projects work schedule progress, and implementing the method of statement where deemed necessary
QA/QC Engineer
Ensure complying with all QA/QC programs and procedures, shall document all inspections, tests and submittals with all related results and to take correction action when needed, QA/QC engineer shall work very closely to the site managers and the project managers, all actions, dates, results to QA.QC programs shall be reported directly to the management
Planning Engineer
The Planning Engineer, create, develop, implement, monitor and change the project plans based on the job requirements and situation, Create look ahead plan to reflect the progress, rectify, and delay on the the Project;
All Updates, progress reports and look ahead plans are reported to the project management
Supervisor
The supervisor is the coordinator between the site manager, the engineer and the operatives. The supervisor will make sure that the tradesmen have all materials and laborers they need, and will check the setting out
Design Assistant
The design assistant will follow up the office and produce any design variations required directly on site by means of computer packages. He will also act as intermediate between the Head office, the Client representative and Belarte Est. operatives
